Honey
In a small brick building lit by candlelight, a husband and wife team of chefs combine elements of many cuisines to make an ever-changing menu. The menu might feature a pear and goat-cheese risotto cake with pomegranate seeds, Marcona almonds and a butternut-squash sauce on one day and a shrimp tempura "martini" with sour-apple and avocado salsa the next. All plates are small and meant to be ordered several at a time. Their wine list is entirely American and their beer comes only from Pennsylvania.
