Jailhouse Historic Inn

Once the site of the 1869 Old Fillmore County jail, Jailhouse Historic Inn has been restored to its original Victorian style. The historic hotel features 12 themed rooms including "Cell Block" and "Master Bedroom." Select rooms have two-person whirlpools and wood-burning fireplaces. Nearby, guests can shop at antique, Amish, craft and gift shops, visit local theaters or enjoy the day outdoors hiking, biking or cross-country skiing. Guests can also choose from a variety of golf courses, including the Old Barn Resort Golf Course.

Trailhead Inn

The Trailhead Inn, which was once an elementary school, offers standard guest rooms and suites. Each suite is equipped with a kitchen, living area, bathroom (with full tub and shower) and more. The hotel also offers bike rentals, which are used on the Root River State Bike Trail. The Root River, located near the Trailhead Inn, is known to be a hot spot for trot fishing, wading, tubing, turkey and deer hunting.
