Best of all, on the weekends you can eat Italian food until 1 a.m. The focus is here is on casual dining, hand-tossed Italian pizza baked in a stone oven and homemade Italian pasta classics. This family -wned restaurant wants outdoor enthusiasts to know that "everything that we make here is on the healthier side. We don't broil, fry, or deep fry anything." Eat at Papa Nic's Monday through Thursday until 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday until 1 a.m.; Sunday until 8 p.m.
