Shuckers

Known for its 13 different types of oysters, prepared nine different ways, Shuckers is one of Seattle's oldest and most renowned oyster bars. Flying Fish

Opened in 1995, Flying Fish is a trendy seafood haven serving innovative cuisine from its open-air kitchen. Inspired by a small island in the Gulf of Thailand, executive chef and owner Christine Keff blends bold flavors and seasonal ingredients to create a menu that changes daily. Creative dishes such as banana-leaf wrapped mahi mahi, opaka paka from Hawaii and grilled escolar in orange sauce are what make the restaurant distinctive. With food served till 1 a.m., late-night diners can enjoy a meal at the bar while sampling one of the restaurant's spirits or choose from an extensive wine selection.
