Beachside Villas was built in 2001, and is a modern and clean two-bedroom, two-bath unit. With more than 1,100 square feet of space, it sleeps up to six people. With a heated pool and balcony that faces the beach, this villa can guarantee a happy holiday. The villa is fully equipped, with a full kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys, as well as books, games, and videos. In-unit washer and dryer, covered parking, and two TVs with cable make it convenient. With lots of great restaurants within walking distance and many area attractions just a short ride away, the villa will provide a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. Rates in 2010 range from $800 to $1,200 per week, depending on the season.

Tiki Villa

Tiki Villa is an elevated home in Indian Rocks Beach that was renovated in 2008. The villa easily sleeps six, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a big, private deck overlooking the beach and Gulf of Mexico complete with barbecue grill and tables and chairs where you can enjoy your evening meal while watching the sunset. The villa is completely equipped, with beach chairs and umbrellas, fishing poles, coolers and beach blankets. Inside are travertine floors, granite countertops, and comfortable and stylish furnishings. Not available in the winter months, Tiki Villa rents for $2,900 per month in 2010.

Sunrise Villa

Sunrise Villa is a one-bedroom, one-bath vacation rental just a short stroll to the beach, yet completely away from the congestion of Gulf Boulevard. An elevated home, it has covered parking and a covered entry for any rainy days. It also has a private, covered deck with outdoor lighting, gas grill, ceiling fan and table and chairs. The villa comfortably sleeps four with a queen sleeper sofa and queen bed. It is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation: a full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, washer and dryer, beach blankets and towels, coolers, fishing rods, beach umbrellas and chairs, two bicycles, a two-person kayak, and even camping equipment. In 2010, rates for Sunrise Villa are $550 to $650, depending on the season.
