Imo's Pizza
This locally owned-and-operated chain epitomizes St. Louis-style pizza---fresh toppings, thin crust and Provel cheese, all cut into square slices. The restaurant's owners think it was one of the first pizzerias in the country to offer home delivery. Aside from pizza, the menu also offers sandwiches, salads, pastas and appetizers, including another St. Louis specialty called "toasted ravioli," which is actually fried ravioli stuffed with meat and seasonings. The company has a number of franchises all over the St. Louis metropolitan area.
