Nobu's Japanese Restaurant
Nobu's sits in a local strip mall with windows decorated with Japanese screens. Inside the small interior of the restaurant is a long wooden sushi bar and a few tables. The Japanese owner and sushi chef prepare daily selections of fresh fish, focusing on sashimi. Especially of note are Nobu's Yellowtail and Fatty Tuna sushi. The anago eel dishes are also well prepared.
