New Wave Cafe
The New Wave Cafe is a mom-and-pop shop serving the locals authentic potato pancakes and borscht. You'll hear Polish spoken among the customers and watch Eastern European television reports while slurping bigos, a mix of cabbage and diced kielbasa with rye bread on the side. Krakus Market Cafe
Described as a hidden Philly gem, the café inside this market serves traditional dishes like golabki (stuffed cabbage), placki (potato pancakes) and nalesniki (cheese blintzes).
