La Strada
La Strada is an upscale Italian restaurant located in the Eldorado Hotel and Casino. Shareable appetizers include seared beef carpaccio, fried calamari and prosciutto-wrapped prawns. It also has numerous pasta dishes to choose from, including mushroom ravioli, linguine and clams, sausage rigatoncini and eggplant parmigiana. Guests can also choose from entrees such as grilled mahi mahi, grilled quail and New York strip or filet mignon with salsa verde. This restaurant also features an extensive wine list that has won numerous Wine Spectator awards. La Strada is open for dinner Friday through Tuesday and is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
