The community of Long Beach is located on the peninsula of the same name in the southwest region of Washington state. The Chautauqua Lodge is situated next to Leadbetter State Park, which faces both the Pacific Ocean and Willapa Bay on opposite sides. Breakers Hotel and Resort

The Breakers Hotel has an indoor swimming pool, playground, barbecues, picnic tables and basketball courts. Rooms at the Breakers range from basic to two-bedroom suites with fireplaces. Along the coast in Long Beach near the hotel visitors find the Clark's Tree Monument, a 20-foot-tall statue that celebrates the location where William Clark, of the famous Lewis and Clark expedition, carved his initials into a tree in 1805.
