Dante's Down the Hatch

At Dante's Down the Hatch, guests can eat in an authentic 18th century sailing ship with full masts and sails, a dining area divided into thirteen levels and a moat with live crocodiles. The ship is decorated with antique clocks and furnishings. It's docked at the wharf of a Mediterranean village. Dante's offers a fondue menu, including beef tenderloin with vegetables, a Mandarin fondue, a cheese fondue with Swiss wines and cheeses, a vegetable fondue and a chocolate fondue. Dante's also offers Chinese dumplings, teriyaki chicken, beef stew, salads and cheese platters. Enjoy live music every night.

Imperial Fez

Enjoy an authentic Moroccan experience at Imperial Fez with live Moroccan music. Belly dancers perform every night. Guests leave their shoes at the door and sit at low tables with pillows in a lavishly decorated dining room. All meals are eaten without silverware.

Choose from tilapia, beef tenderloin, four types of lamb or the vegetarian meal for your entree. The five course dinner is served with several chef salads, Harrira lentil soup, an appetizer, homemade bread and crackers, Red Harissa (the chef's signature hot sauce) and a pastry for dessert.

Benihana

Benihana is a Japanese steakhouse. It offers a dinner show provided by the chef. Guests sit around a large hibachi grill and watch the chef toss food, juggle cooking tools and build a rice volcano on the grill. Dinner entrees include New York strip steak, teriyaki steak, spicy chicken, salmon, tofu, shrimp, tuna steak, scallops and lobster tails. All hibachi dinners are served with salad, onion soup, a shrimp appetizer, hibachi grilled vegetables, homemade dipping sauces and steamed or fried rice. Guests may also sit at the sushi bar and enjoy a full sushi menu. Children under 12 may order from the children's menu, which offers smaller portions of hibachi favorites.
