FareStart, located in downtown Seattle, is open for weekday lunch and hosts special guest chefs every Thursday. Lunch and dinner menus feature salads, soups and sandwiches. The blackened salmon and crispy pork sandwiches are two top sellers. Dinner entrees include the grilled flatiron steak and and vegetable polenta. Weekly specials are available and all items are reasonably priced.

The Melting Pot

Open for dinner nightly, The Melting Pot is popular for the dining experience of cooking individual fondue at your own table. The decor is elegant, with wine bottles hanging on the walls and mahogany wood forming the bar and accentuating tables. A variety of entrees are served with various dipping sauces. Beef, chicken and seafood comprise a general platter for primary feasting. From cheese to chocolate and vegetables to fruit, side items are plentifully supplied. Prices are moderate and reservations are recommended. Dress is business casual.

Daily Grill

Daily Grill serves traditional American fare in a comfortable, upscale environment. Modeled after 1930's and '40's grills, it is open for lunch and dinner and has a vast array of items on both menus. Entree salads, pasta and seafood are available. Lunch specials include a tuna melt and dinner offers four types of steak. Early morning breakfast is served Saturday and Sunday. Weekend specials apply. Prices are a good value for the hearty portions.
