The Capital Grill Restaurant in Phoenix has a club-like atmosphere with mahogany paneling and subdued lighting. The steaks at this restaurant are nationally-renowned, dry-aged and hand-cut. Guests can choose from indoor dining or patio dining. The signature steaks are Filet Oscar, Dry Aged Sirloin, Dry Aged Porterhouse, Filet Mignon and Delmonico Steak while two complements to these steaks are lobster mac 'n' cheese and lyonnaise potatoes. Appetizers, soups and salads along with sides dishes are also on the menu. The Capital Grill has over 350 wines to choose from, has gift cards, private dining and reservations are needed. This is a restaurant for relaxing after a long day walking the Japanese Friendship Gardens or shopping at nearby boutiques.

Omaha Steakhouse

Omaha Steakhouse is a comfy, cozy atmosphere where the steaks are made just the way you like them. The steaks are naturally aged for flavor and are from Midwest corn-fed beef. Some signature steaks at Omaha Steakhouse are Filet Mignon, New York Strip Steak, Top Sirloin and Oscar any Steak. The menu also has soups, salads, chicken and pasta for members of your party who do not want steak. This restaurant is a good end to a day of fishing on Lake Pleasant or Bartlett Lake.

The Rustler's Rooste

The Rustler's Rooste is a cowboy steakhouse that is 15 minutes from downtown Phoenix. This restaurant has an indoor waterfall with a slide that puts you in the dining room and the second level is a lounge. Some of the aged steaks to choose from are the Trail Boss Porterhouse, the Wagon Master New York Strip, the Trail Hand T-Bone or the Tenderfoot Filet. The menu also has burgers, fish, salads, fries and chicken. Country music is played nightly and the banquet facilities can accommodate up to 1,500 people. This restaurant can be the end to a day of hiking the Superstition Wilderness or biking a nearby bike trail. This is a kid-friendly spot, so a little dirt from shoes are boots is OK with the staff.
