"Almost Heaven North" is an affordable beachfront cottage for smaller families. The cottage has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and private oceanfront decks. The living room is located on the ground floor facing the ocean, adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. A closet with washer and dryer are nearby. The master suite is located on the ocean side of the duplex, and features a queen bed, private bath with jetted tub and a private ocean front balcony. An outdoor shower is provided. This home has direct beach access. Golf courses are available nearby.

Select Tide N' Knots for parties of up to 24. This house has six bedrooms on each side and individual halves of the house can be rented. Each side has it's own living areas and separate kitchen, featuring small appliances, Calphalon and stainless steel cookware, tile floors, microwaves, electric griddles, china, utensils and bread makers. Living spaces include cable TV's, DVD players, VCR's and Sega Genesis game systems. Large oceanfront decks with dining tables and hammocks surround the house and provide views of both the ocean and the sound. A telescope is available on each side. Outdoor showers are located on the decks and pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit.
