Cross Creek Country Club has a community feel,since approximately 90 percent of the guests rent sites seasonally. Cross Creek is a 55 years and older RV community. Day, week, and seasonal rates are available. Each site has full hook-ups, and sites can handle all sizes of RV or motor coach. Hook-ups include 20-, 30-, or 50- amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome.

The gated property offers have picnic areas, swimming pool, hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, laundry room, exercise center, shuffleboard, bocce, game room, hot showers and private toilets. Cross Creek is just north of downtown Tampa.

The Sunburst RV Resort is a few minutes from Tampa and offers those 55 and older a full RV resort and park. Hook-ups are standard for all sites and include water, sewer, cable TV, Wi-Fi and 20-, 30-, or 50- amp electric. All size RVs can be accommodated with pull-thru sites. Day, week or monthly rates are available, or you can buy a site if you fall in love with Vacation Village. Pets are welcome. A clubhouse, swimming pool, horseshoe pit, bocce court, shuffleboard, showers, private toilets and dining facility are all available on-site for guest enjoyment. Weekly organized outings such as golf, cards and shopping are part of the schedule for guests.

Three Lakes RV Park

Three Lakes RV Resort is a 55 and older RV community and park. North of Tampa, it offers a quiet country setting within easy reach of the urban delights of Tampa. RVs of all sizes can be accommodated. Water, sewer, 30- or 50- amp electric, cable TV and Wi-Fi come with each site. Guests can enjoy bingo, golf, bowling, tennis, game nights, pot luck dinners and organized outings. Kids and grandkids are welcome for visits, but no one under 55 may live or stay permanently. Pets are welcome and the RV park has 24 hour gated security. Seasonal rates are available.
