Tallulah Gorge State Park
Just off U.S. Highway 441 sits the 2,700 acre site of Tallulah Gorge State Park. At the park, visitors can hike or bike more than 20 miles of trails or swim and fish in the many rivers and lakes. Nonathletic visitors can enjoy scenic views of the north Georgia mountains, gorge overlooks and water releases throughout the year. Guests also can stay in one of the 50 campsites while enjoying a lake and beach, a picnic shelter and recreation areas.

Unicoi Springs Camp Resort
Situated near the heart of Helen, Georgia, an authenticated German town, is Unicoi Springs Camp Resort. Babyland General Hospital
Babyland General Hospital, home of the Cabbage Patch Kids baby dolls, is an attraction for children, where they can pick out their own doll and witness it being born. At the hospital, families can adopt preemies, newborn babies and older kids and give them names of their choice.
