Laughlin, Nevada Resorts

Laughlin, Nevada Resorts
Laughlin got its start as a resort and gambling town in the 1960s. Adjacent to the Colorado River, many casinos feature luxurious and affordable accommodations with expansive views. Water sports, hiking, golfing and many other outdoor activities will keep the whole family busy. Most resorts provide day care so adults can gamble and enjoy the city's nightlife.

River Palms Resort and Casino

The River Palms Resort and Casino boasts the biggest gambling table and a 25-story tower of rooms each with a stunning view of the river, the mountains or both. Enjoy the fishing, water sports and boating made available by the Colorado River. The River Palms offers a water taxi that embarks from the resort's own pier. A full-service, on-site salon and day spa can help restore you after a busy day outdoors or you might opt to sit back and relax at one of the resort's scheduled comedy shows or while playing Beach Club Bingo. The spacious, well-kept rooms offer quiet reprieve but the wealth of available activities will vie for your time.

Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort Hotel & Casino

This is the original resort and casino founded by Don Laughlin in 1966. The casino maintains smoking and nonsmoking sections. An on-site arcade and bowling will keep the younger folks happy and busy as will the child care program for children 3 months to 12 years old. If you don't manage to win big, the Riverside's Loser's Lounge will likely cheer you up with some loud music, cheap drinks and an always-animated crowd.
