Bisetti's
Thirty years as a Fort Collins staple make Bisetti's a go-to. Dishing out 2000 plates of pasta and 200 tiramisus per month means they're doing something right. Bisetti's serves homemade pastas and gnocchi, as well classic Italian meat and fish entrees. At dinner start with the Venetian crab cakes--blue crab blended with bell pepper, celery and onion and finished with a spicy Italian aioli. Move on to the harvest squash ravioli topped with a sage cream and toasted pine nuts. Bisetti's is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Canino's Italian Restaurant
Operating out of an historic Fort Collin's house built in 1903, Canino's serves classic Italian lunches and dinners. Pizzas, pastas, calzones and sandwiches compose the lunch menu. Check out Canino's version of the calzone--the Capellino. The dish is a crispy crust stuffed with spicy Italian sausage, melted provolone cheese and mushrooms smothered in red sauce. The dinner menu includes heartier entrees. The veal saltimbocca is a house special. Dinners can be served family style with soups, salads and garlic bread included with your choice of entrees.

Rasta Pasta
You're not in the twilight zone. You're at Rasta Pasta in Old Town where Italy meets the Caribbean. What started in the ski town of Breckenridge, Colorado, has made it to the Front Range. Wash your noodles down with a Red Stripe while bouncing in your seat to reggae. The "Rasta Pasta" is penne pasta with Jamaican jerk seasoned chicken and marinara. Don't worry--there's still garlic bread. Rasta Pasta offers vegetarian choices and can accommodate vegan requests. A children's menu is also available.
