Chinese Restaurants in Woodbury, Minnesota

Chinese Restaurants in Woodbury, Minnesota
Woodbury is a thriving suburb of Minnesota's capital city, Saint Paul, and is one of the fastest growing cities in the state. The city is lush with 3,000 acres of dedicated park land, over 100 miles of multi-use trails and houses the Tamarack Nature Center, which provides year-round access to several miles of paths for hiking, cross country skiing and nature viewing. After a long day of adventuring around the city, stop by one of Woodbury's Chinese restaurants to refuel on generous portions at low prices.

Yang's Chinese Restaurant

Located just down the road from Tamarack Nature Preserve, Yang's specializes in Szechuan Cuisine and serves a small, yet robust selection of Chinese favorites. Yang's consistently provides fast and attentive service, and its Sesame Chicken is the talk of the town--a must-try for newcomers. If you're looking for a bargain, try the lunch and dinner specials and you'll receive a full meal (usually with enough for leftovers) for a very small price.

The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday for lunch and dinner; takeout is available.

Oriental Restaurant

While the decor and menu are almost as generic as the name, Oriental Restaurant serves Chinese food that isn't exactly exotic, but is always tasty and affordable. The daily buffet is the most popular option and provides a good sample of the menu offerings. Menu entree highlights include the Mongolian beef, the various shrimp dishes and chow mein that can be ordered by the serving.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner; takeout is available.

The menu is complete with the standard line-up of Chinese favorites, such as stir fry, fried rice, egg foo young, lo mein, chow mein and even a few curry dishes. Favorites include Duc's signature wonton soup, as well as chicken and green peppers in black bean sauce. There are also several Vietnamese offerings, including traditional pho and bun, though you'll find them listed on the menu as rice stick soup and rice noodle salad, respectively.

The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. The full menu is available for takeout and catering services are provided for special events.
