Bushkill, Pennsylvania, is an unincorporated community located near on the New Jersey border. Most of it was seized by the federal government during the creation of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and the Walpack Fish & Wildlife Management Area. Bushkill is located in a geographical area known as the Water Gap because it was created by a glacier that cut through a mountain range. Bushkill is also home of the towering 100-foot Bushkill Falls, known as "the Niagara of Pennsylvania." The area is well known for its opportunities that encourage visitors to swim, hike, canoe, kayak, raft, fish and boat. Bushkill is also located 27 miles from the Appalachian Trail.

Bushkill is not to be confused with the Township of Bushkill which is located about 35 miles southwest in Northhampton county, Pennsylvania.
