Giamano's Restaurant

Giamano's is an upscale-dining restaurant featuring classic and contemporary Italian flavors to diners on the New Jersey shore. Diners can select from a menu in which classic Italian dishes are juxtaposed with modern culinary creations. The menu changes seasonally and often features fresh, seasonal ingredients. The house salad with Genoa salami and provolone and fettuccine alfredo are popular dishes that continuously grace the menu. The comprehensive menu also includes a selection of vegetarian entrees as well as a children's menu that features muted Italian flavors designed to suit young pallets. The restaurant offers an extensive list of wines that can be purchased by the glass or by the bottle. There are two distinctly different dining facilities for guests to select from. The upper level features dark woods and black lacquer throughout, setting a much darker tone to the dining room. Live jazz is frequently featured on the upper level. UVA Bianca Restaurant & Wine Bar

The UVA Bianca Restaurant & Wine Bar offers Mediterranean-inspired Italian dishes to diners in Bradley Beach. The restaurant's famous pizza, referred to in-house as "tomato pie" starts with ingredients made fresh daily in the Ferraro's Famous kitchen. The pizza is cooked on a volcanic stone oven, creating a crispy crust and pleasing texture. The restaurant features a wide array of specialty pizzas as well as create your own pizza options.
