Get Inn
People who love ghost tales will love the Get Inn in Gooding, Idaho. Get Inn is the sole remaining structure of the failed Gooding College, built in 1917. The building was the men's dormitory. The Gooding College suffered financial losses during the Great Depression that resulted in the school's closure. The state of Idaho converted the dormitory into a treatment facility for people with tuberculosis. In 1976, the institution closed. Now, co-owner Tony Woodford suspects a haunting, "I think at first you are freaked out." Mysterious noises and events have gone unanswered since the Get Inn's opening. The Get Inn is the motel for metaphysical adventure seekers.

Lincoln Inn
Lincoln Inn is a mainstay of Gooding's Main Street. The legacy of Lincoln Inn is a century old. Owner James Hohnhorst uses the same family recipes that were voted "all around best eating in the nation" by the American Trucking Association. "It's a Mom and Pop operation," explains Hornhorst. The lounge serves cocktails to complement the all American home cooking. Lincoln Inn offers rooms with standard amenities that include cable TV, a coffeemaker and hair dryer. As of 2009, Lincoln Inn, like the other Gooding motels, doesn't have a website.
