Motels in Ilwaco, Washington

Motels in Ilwaco, Washington
Recreation opportunities abound in Ilwaco, which is south of Long Beach and north of Cape Disappointment at the mouth of the Columbia River in Washington. Hiking, biking and ocean fishing are some of the most popular activities. Many charter boats in the area can take you fishing for sturgeon, salmon and halibut. You can explore lighthouses and museums and fly kites on ocean beaches, and you can do all these things just steps from most of the motels in town.

Harbor Lights Motel

The Harbor Lights Motel has the advantage of being three acts in one: a comfortable motel, a popular restaurant and a fun lounge. The building is on the docks, and because Ilwaco is a working port, there are many opportunities to watch the pleasure boats and fishing boats go about their business in the harbor. Some of the motel rooms have harbor views and all are decorated without being theme-like. Pets are welcome for a small fee and the entire motel is nonsmoking. The restaurant has a deck and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the lounge provides entertainment most nights until midnight.
