Dalto Ristorante Italiano is a family-owned, bistro style Italian restaurant in Clifton. The restaurant features a neutral decor with white tablecloths and dark woods throughout. The menu features a selection of pasta, fish, chicken and beef entrees with an assortment of antipasti appetizers and salads to start the meal. Popular menu favorites include fettuccine alla Romana, which features homemade noodles and fresh prosciutto in a cream sauce, and vitello piemontese, which offers veal mixed with shallots, raisins, shiitake mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes paired with a brandy cream sauce. Reservations are accepted, and are recommended for Friday and Saturday dinner.
