Located in central New Jersey, Rutherford is home to flourishing community of families, artists, and young professionals who seek a suburban lifestyle that is also within close proximity to New York City. Mignon Steak House

Open for lunch and dinner, the Mignon Steak House is local favorite in Rutherford, NJ that specializes in steaks, seafood, and burgers. The dinner menu features appetizers of calamari, mushrooms, crab cakes, and shrimp, soups, items from the raw bear such as oysters, lobster and shrimp cocktail, and side plates of vegetables and potatoes (asparagus, corn, green beans, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, and sweet potato fries), which are all served family style. The menu also features numerous seafood selections of scallops, shrimp, and twin lobster tails, and grilled items such as lamb chops, pork chops, and chicken breast. The steak selections are all USDA prime beef and include: filet mignon, NY strip steak, porterhouse steak, t-bone steak and an Alaskan cut, which can come with a sauce for an additional charge. Mignon is also the host to numerous events such as live music nights, gallery shows, and private functions.

Paisano's Ristorante

Established in1989, Paisano's Ristorante specializing in fresh and homemade Italian fare. The menu includes appetizers, soups, pasta dishes, which are made daily (penne in vodka sauce, linguini with white clam sauce and cavatelli and broccoli), and chicken (chicken parmigian), veal (veal piccata), beef (grilled rib eye), and seafood dishes (scallops, salmon, and clams). Paisano's Ristorante also features a gourmet pizza such as the Margherita (mozzarella, plum tomatoes, and basil leaves), Primavera (broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and mozzarella), and the Alla Giardiniera (eggplant, tomatoes, artichoke, peppers and mozzarella) all of which are on a 10" thin crust. There are also desserts available at Paisano's Ristorante such as cheesecake, chocolate mousse, and homemade tiramisu. Guests can bring their own beer or wine to enjoy with their dinner.

Daruma Restaurant

A Japanese and Korean eatery, the Daruma Restaurant is a casual place where diners can eat-in or take food home for lunch or dinner. The dinner menu features various types of tempura (shrimp, chicken, pork, and vegetable), Seoul food (Korean BBQ ribs, spicy chicken, and Hot Bibim Bop-mixed veggies with egg over rice), Teriyaki (mixed veggies with chicken, pork, salmon, or beef), or selections from the Bento box, which includes a soup, salad, California roll and a choice of salmon or chicken teriyaki, sushi, and sashimi, to name a few offerings. There is also a sushi and sashimi menu where guests can sample platters of sushi/sashimi or order a la carte. Some offerings include: smoked salmon, tamago (octopus), scallop, white tuna, kani (crab), and eel. Desserts of ice cream, fried ice cream, cheesecake, and chocolate mousse are available, but guests will have to bring their own wine or beer since there is no alcohol available at the Daruma Restaurant.
