The Paparo family of Naples, Italy own Ciao Pizza. They want you to know they "are an authentic Italian Pizzeria with a modern bistro flair." As stated on their website, the owner "was born the youngest of nine children in Naples, Italy and had the opportunity to work with premier chefs." Not just a neighborhood pizza joint, Ciao Pizza offers an array of homemade authentic artisan pastas like ravioli carciofi and ziti al forno. They now offer a large buffet with pizza, salad and dessert bars along with new open flame grills and daily cooked-to-order specials.
