Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas
It's Octoberfest all year at Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas. This unusual restaurant pulls you back in time to the Germany of old. A faithful reproduction of the original Hofbrauhaus in Munich, the Las Vegas version has cathedral ceilings, rows and rows of benches and all of the feel of a German feast. Fraus and Frauleins serve up heaping plates of rich German fare and stein after stein of beer while the live band leads the crowd in raucous drinking songs. Hoist a pint and sing along while enjoying beer that is brewed using the original recipe of Wilhelm V, the Duke of Bavaria.

Dinner in the Sky
Why keep your feet on the ground when you could have dinner with 22 people in the sky? This floating restaurant literally takes you up in the air to give you a 360 degree view of the city while you are dining. The design is based on a Belgian apparatus that lifts patrons over 160 feet in the air. The chairs swivel and give diners the ability to look around at anything they want. Dinner in the Sky closes for the winter season so diners always enjoy optimal weather conditions.
