A luxury boutique hotel in Niagara Falls, the Giacomo hotel is located right by the Niagara Falls and is just a short drive from the Canadian side. Guest rooms feature leather couches, black wood desks and coffee tables, metallic lamps, electric fireplaces, designer wallpaper and curtains and majestic views. Besides touring the Falls, guests can hike the incredibly scenic and challenging Ongiara Trail, part of Devil's Hole State Park. Comfort Inn, The Pointe

Located just inside the Niagara Reservation State Park, the Comfort Inn, The Pointe is a quick, misty walk to Falls. Simply decorated but comfortable rooms include queen or king beds, coffee makers, hair dryers and pay-per-view movies. After touring the falls and visiting in the Dare Devil Museum, visitors can enjoy hiking and sightseeing on the Whirlpool Rapids Trail in Whirlpool State Park. The hotel provides complimentary continental breakfast and access to the fitness center. Double room rates start, as of December 2009, at $69.

Crowne Plaza Hotel

An Intercontinental Group hotel, the Crowne Plaza has a stunning exterior and opulent lobbies, as well as stylishly decorated rooms. The Niagara Falls location showcases incredible views of the Falls right from the rooms. With 391 recently renovated guestrooms and suites, the property is a few feet from the Falls and also features an indoor pool, a full-service Starbucks and room service. The rooms are bright and modernly decorated, with colored carpets, wooden furniture, quilts and huge pillows.
