Bridport is a small town in Dorset that's located on the River Brit and next to West Bay on the coast. Visiting the area, you'll take delight in the beautiful Jurassic Coast nearby and its hiking and biking trails. Kayakers and canoeists will love Bridport Harbour, while scuba divers will enjoy diving off Chesil Beach. Bridport has quaint shops, popular restaurants and several hotel choices if you're going to be staying for a while.

The Bull Hotel

The Bull Hotel was once a 17th-century coaching inn. Nowadays, its been renovated with a mix of traditional and modern style to become one of the best hotels in Bridport. The George Hotel

The George Hotel is situated in West Bay overlooking Bridport Harbour. It boasts double, twin, single and family guest rooms with en-suite bath, tea- and coffee-making facilities and TV. Most rooms have either ocean or river views. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The George Hotel has a couple of bars and an on-site restaurant. The restaurant specializes in local produce and local catch, with daily specials of light snacks and multi-course meals. The hotel is in a wonderful location for boating from the harbor or swimming at Chesil Beach.

Bridge House Hotel is an independently owned hotel that sits next to the River Aster.
