Less than three miles west from Mt. Holly, New Jersey sit the 1,252 rustic acres of Rancocas State Park. According to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, a 58-acre natural area contained within the park offers "A network of trails that wander through upland and lowland hardwood forest, leading hikers along the North Branch of the Rancocas Creek and an extensive freshwater tidal marsh."
