The Rhinecliff

The Bar restaurant at the Rhinecliff Hotel echoes a beach-front eatery with complimentary light and dark wood furniture and white draping fabric. Monteverde at Oldstone Manor in Cortlandt Manor has a reservations-only restaurant with a menu of seasonal foods. Appetizer choices include shrimp tails with spiced tomato and semolina gnocchi with marinated beetroot. The Tavern Restaurant at the Highlands Country Club in Garrison is open to the public, offering liberal portions and sophisticated decor. The Tavern is closed every Monday, and Tuesdays from September through June.
