Willows, California RV Parks

Willows, California RV Parks
The small community of Willows (formerly Willow), Calif., is home to many regional government offices in Glenn County, including the California Highway Patrol. Farming is the driving force of the economy in this area, producing rice, wheat, oranges, prunes, walnuts, corn and walnuts. There are many dairy farms in the region as well. Located on the west side of the Sacramento River, Willow offers visitors many fishing, boating and swimming opportunities. While enjoying these outdoor activities, you may want to bring along your own lodging accommodations, which means you may be interested in staying at one of the local RV parks.

The Parkway RV Resort

Only a short distance from Willows is the Parkway RV Resort. Large, level sites allow for easy camping, and RVs of all sizes can be accommodated on the resort's 70-foot-long sites. Hook-ups include 20-, 30- and 50-amp electric, water, sewer and cable TV. Wi-Fi is also available for guest use. The Parkway offers on-site amenities such as a playground for kids, a coin-operated laundry room, BBQ stations and fire pits, grassy walk areas, swimming pool, and a dump station. Credit cards are accepted. Pets are welcome here, and there is a pet walk on the grounds. Reservations are recommended during the summer season and for holiday weekends.
