Gorman, California, RV Parks
The small town of Gorman, California, is in the northwest corner of Los Angeles County. Gorman is treated as a "truck stop" on the way to larger cities. Gorman, though, has had Hollywood movies and TV shows filmed in it. The region around Gorman has many attractions, including shopping, golf courses, restaurants and beach access.

Pyramid Lakes RV Park

The Pyramid Lakes RV Park offers guests full hookups (50-amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV and Wi-Fi) with camp sites. With a location near Magic Mountains Amusement Park, the Pyramid Lakes offers a convenient location for area attractions. Amenities on the grounds include a playground and game room, hot showers, a coin-operated laundry room, barbecue grills, guest house and a dump station. Pets are allowed but must be leashed. Reservations are recommended on holiday weekends.

Los Alamos Campground-Angeles National Forest

Open all year, Los Alamos Campground offers primitive camp and RV sites in Angeles National Forest. RVs should be self-contained with gray water and generators because there are no hookups at any of the available sites. RVs to 30 feet can be accommodated with pull-through sites. There is a water supply to fill holding tanks and a dump station for waste water. Showers and toilets are on grounds, and each site has a picnic table and fire ring with grill. Guests may bring pets, but they must remain on leashes no longer than 6 feet at all times.

Acton KOA

Only a few minutes from Gorman is the Acton KOA. Full hookups (20-, 30- or 50-amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV and Wi-Fi) are available at all sites, and RVs of all sizes can be accommodated, slide-outs included. Pets are welcome, and kids will enjoy the playground, game room and arcade. An outdoor pool, hot showers, private toilets, coin-operated laundry room, guest house with kitchen, and picnic area are on site. Reservations encouraged for holiday weekends. Good Sam and AAA club discounts are available for club members.
