Indian Delhi Palace
Recognized by local publications like the "Phoenix New Times" for its authentic Indian cuisine, the Indian Delhi Palace has been serving the Valley of the Sun since 1984. A clay oven brought to Phoenix from India adds a distinctive touch to its Tandoori menu. The restaurant's versatile options make it a great choice for those trying Indian food for the first time. A lunch buffet provides a hearty sampling of popular dishes while the dinner menu features "complete dinners" starting at $15.99 and features a fitting combination of various dishes. The chef's specialties include goat masala, a rich butter chicken and several other dishes. The lunch buffet is available weekdays from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and weekends from 11:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The dinner hour begins at 5 p.m. daily and remains until 10 p.m.

Flavors of India
Guests often start off a meal at Flavors of India with one of the savory samosas or pakora dishes. With bread prepared daily and baked in an Indian clay oven, the restaurant ensures that even the extras attest to the quality of the food prepared here. With an extensive offering of vegetarian and vegan dishes, Flavors of India has become a favorite spot among Phoenix vegetarians. However, vegetarian selections make up only a portion of the considerable menu, which also features a variety of chicken, lamb and seafood entrees. Beef items are traditionally left off menus in India and at the Indian Delhi Palace. Diners may also enjoy a 22 oz. Taj Mahal or Himalayan Blue Lager or stick to the more familiar options on their wine and beer list. A lunch buffet is featured daily from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.

Bombay Spice Grill & Wine
Both an Indian restaurant and wine bar, the Bombay Spice Grill & Wine offers healthy, reasonably-priced cuisine in an upscale, contemporary setting. Even the wine bar upholds Bombay Spice's commitment to affordable dining with all wines priced at $20 a bottle. The restaurant diverges from traditional cooking methods in order to create healthier versions of customary fare by replacing dairy-based fats and oils with extra virgin olive oil. Vegetarian- and vegan-friendly, the Bombay Spice Grill & Bar willingly accommodates a variety of special dietary needs, including gluten-free options. The chefs embrace Western culinary arts as well as an Indian epicurean sense. This philosophy leads to unique dishes like their roti taco, chickpea ceviche and beef tikka masala. For a special, economical treat, guests might try the sauce sampler ($2) with the fresh na'an. "Phoenix" magazine selected Bombay Spice's sauces as for one of their "Best of the Valley" awards in 2009 as the "Best Way to Perk Up a Meal." The restaurant opens daily at 11 a.m., closing at 9:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
