Karl Strauss is a local San Diego brewery that has seen tremendous growth since its inception in 1985. Soon after the company began selling beer, it started opening restaurants that managed to obtain the same level of success as its beers. Nowadays, the restaurant has six locations, almost all of which are located within San Diego.
