The restaurant came into operation as Filiberto and Genovena struggled to make ends meet through a variety of odd jobs. Eventually the couple's flair for cooking was recognized, and Charrito's was born. The atmosphere at Charrito's is rustic, featuring stone accents and hand-painted murals throughout. The restaurant offers an array of classic Mexican foods, including quesadillas, nachos and tostadas. The menu also contains a number of alcoholic beverage options, including margaritas.
