The Timbers Restaurant and Fish Market

The Timbers Restaurant offers fresh seafood dishes in a comfortable, tropical beach atmosphere. Enjoy popular seafood dishes such as Florida lobster tail, crunchy grouper and crunchy shrimp. A variety of steak dishes are also available. Top your meal off with a frozen mixed drink. The Timbers is open for dinner from 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily as of December 2009. A seasonal raw bar, a fish market and The Sanibel Bar are also available on site.

The Jacaranda

The Jacaranda has a casual, yet sophisticated, atmosphere. The restaurant is named for a tree that bears the same name that is located on the restaurant's grounds and is believed to bring luck. Dine on entrees such as shrimp paridiso, sesame encrusted yellowfin tuna, Florida grouper and Sanibel cowboy steak. Complete your meal with a glass of wine from the restaurant's diverse wine list. After dining, retreat to The Jac Bar where you can finish out the evening with drinks and live entertainment. Restaurant hours are 5 to 10 p.m. daily. The lounge is open from 4 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. 7 days a week, as of December 2009.

The Blue Giraffe

The Blue Giraffe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and provides a comfortable and casual dining atmosphere. Stop in for breakfast and create your own omelet before heading out for a day on the beach. For lunch, enjoy a fresh salad, a hamburger, a sandwich or a wrap. After a busy day of beach activities and sightseeing, stop in for dinner and choose an entree from the dinner menu, such as palm tree chicken, baby back ribs, pecan encrusted salmon or jumbo lobster ravioli. Vegetarian dishes and a kid's menu are available. Do not forget to save room for a turtle sundae, a sanibanana split or a slice of homemade key lime pie.
