With rates as low as $50 per night, as of December 2009, the motel has AAA partnership and rooms that range from single to "penthouse." The Oakdell is a family-run operation managed by friendly Gail and Kate. According to the website, the motel welcomes guests to its outdoor swimming pool, shady benches and grassy yard, a gazebo and a "babbling brook."
