Hillsville is a small community in Carroll County on the Blue Ridge Mountains. This Southwestern Virginia town bills itself as a place to enjoy in any season. You can hike, hunt, cycle, fish, ride and ski at places such as the Beaver Dam Birding and Wildlife Trail for outdoor adventure. There are a variety of places in the region to enjoy the great outdoors such as Hungry Mother State Park and five other state parks as well as the Jefferson and George Washington National Forests.
