Thai Bistro has three Seattle-area locations in Shoreline, Mill Creek, and Federal Way and describes its cooking as "a delicate balance between the spices and main ingredients so that one does not overwhelm the other." Located in Edmonds, one mile north of Shoreline's border, Tasty Thai is easily accessible on Highway 99 and offers lunch and dinner service as well as takeout orders. 21 dishes such as Phad See Iew for $7.95 and Chicken Yellow Curry for $8.25 are served at Tasty Thai for lunch on weekdays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Dinner hours are from 3:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday.
