New Boston is a city in northeastern Texas along the Arkansas border in the Texarkana region, an area loaded with outdoor recreation opportunities. New Boston is minutes away from the rolling Red River, which forms the border between Texas and Oklahoma, and is a popular fishing hot spot for catfish. Lake Wright Patman is also nearby with clear, pristine waters making it perfect for swimming and boating. Camping and hiking opportunities are also plentiful in the piney woods of Bowie County.

This newly constructed smoke-free hotel offers 61 guest rooms and convenient access off Interstate 30 in New Boston just six miles from Lake Wright Patman. Room types include standard guest units with either one king bed or two queen beds. There are also 20 suites, which have either one king bed or two queens with a sleeper sofa in a studio setting. There are also jacuzzi suites with one king bed and an executive suite, which has two bedrooms each with a queen bed.

In-room amenities include a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cable television with premium movies, and a work desk with free wireless Internet. The executive suite also offers a full-size refrigerator, stove and convection oven. All rooms have a complimentary daily newspaper delivered to the door and there is a complimentary breakfast buffet for all guests.

The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. There is also an on-site fitness center with a treadmill, exercise bike and elliptical trainer as well as on-site laundry.

Tex Inn

The Tex Inn is an independent motel in New Boston near the Red River and Lake Wright Patman. The Tex Inn offers single rooms with one king bed and a recliner as well as double rooms with two double beds. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms available, and all units have a table, chairs, microwave, mini refrigerator and alarm clock. Coffee pots, irons and ironing boards are also available.

The motel features an outdoor pool, free wireless access, cable television with HBO and coin-operated laundry. A continental breakfast with cereal, pastries, juice and coffee is served daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., and there is a 24-hour restaurant next door.
