Fontana Hotel

The roots of the Fontana Hotel date back to the 13th century, when it was initially a monastery. In the 18th century the religious building was changed into a hotel. What sets the Fontana Hotel from the others is its location right next to the well-known Trevi Fountain. Some of the rooms overlook the beautiful fountain. There is a belief that by tossing three coins into the fountain, you ensure your return to Rome in the future. The quaint hotel has only 25 rooms available. Visitors may be able to stay in a single, double or twin, triple, quadruple, or double room with a charming view of the fountain. Included is a private bathroom, air conditioning, phone line, TV, and laundry service when requested.
