Agave Restaurant

Agave Restaurant was established by house chef Jeff Sobel in 2000. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday 5 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 5 to 11 p.m. Online reservations are available. The menu features short ribs, abogado pepper steak, red pepper salmon filet, and New Mexican rack of lamb. Agave also has a menu targeting vegetarians, which includes a veggie burrito, vegetable plate and veggie quesadillas.

Rathbun Restaurant

Owner Kevin Rathbun and co-owners Clifford Bramble and Kirk Parks operate Rathbun Restaurant, which was founded in 2004. Rathbun Restaurant has won numerous awards, such as Best New Restaurant 04 by Creative Loafing and four-star reviews by "The Atlanta Journal Constitution." The menu features braised pork cheek, lamb scallopini, crispy duck breast and rainbow trout.

Silk Restaurant

The Silk Restaurant is open Monday through Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Anna and Raymond Hsu own the restaurant. "Jezebel Magazine" and "Wine Spectator" have featured Silk Restaurant. Silk Restaurant has several menus, including dinner, lunch and sushi. Some of the dishes include pineapple chicken, Hong Kong black pepper beef and walnut shrimp. The sushi menu consists of nigiri sushi (spicy sirloin and seared tuna) and rolled sushi (spider roll and ninja roll).
