The Hangout at Gulf Place was established in the 1950's and became a popular place for people to visit while lounging on Gulf Shores. This restaurant offers a variety of cuisine choices, including seafood, burgers, hot dogs, wraps, etc. Oysters, Po' boys, catfish, and fried shrimp are served as well. The Hangout also sells dessert and kid-friendly dishes.
