Farther up North Congress Street, after it becomes Old Valley Pike, is another reasonable lodging option, the Budget Inn. Each room includes a mini-fridge and a microwave. The Budget Inn has an early check-in time at 11 a.m. It only has 14 rooms, so plan to make your reservations early.
