Independent Salt Lake City Hotels

Independent Salt Lake City Hotels
Salt Lake City is a largely overlooked and underrated city. Progressive, powerful and outdoorsy in every sense, Utah's capital city sparkles at the base of 10 major ski slopes known for providing "feather light" powder snow, maybe the best on earth. Home of the 2002 (XIX) Winter Olympics, the city owns and operates a state of the art and easily navigable above-ground public transportation system. For bikers, generous bike paths stripe the city past parks, churches, and boutique marketplaces and up into the hills. Independent hotels are not hard to find in the downtown area and offer classy and urban-chic accommodations with privileged views of the snow-crowned Wasatch Mountains.
