You can pick from Gulf of Mexico views or Sarasota Bay views, and accommodations are available at daily, weekly and monthly rates. Resort amenities include two heated swimming pools, tennis courts, yacht basin, a private clubhouse, beachside barbecue grills, a fishing pier and exercise equipment. Free wireless internet access is standard in all rooms and in the pool areas. Though standard rates are higher, averages around $150 per night were common in 2009.

The resort has a new 40-foot heated swimming pool, complete with a waterfall and attached hot tub.
