The Alamo Steakhouse

The Alamo Steakhouse in Gatlinburg has been named best overall restaurant in the county for 2009 and winner of the best steaks by locals for five years. This restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and is open to large groups, private weddings and romance dining by reservation only. The steaks on the menu are oak-fired black angus and the specialty is "The Steak," which is a 20-to-22-ounce rib-eye. Other steaks on the menu are the Rio Grande rib-eye, filet mignon, Texas T-bone, The El Presidente porterhouse, Alamo New York strip and the Ft. Worth chopped steak. All steaks on the menu are cooked to your specifications and are complemented with soups, salads, appetizers and vegetables. After a long day swimming, hiking and kayaking outdoors at the Smoky Mountain National Park, come try a steak from the Alamo Steakhouse.

The Texas Roadhouse Restaurant

The Texas Roadhouse Restaurant boasts of providing great service and food to its guests. Steaks at this spot are hand cut daily in its very own butcher shop by Legendary Meat Heroes. All steaks are USDA meat and prepared just the way you like it. Choices of steaks are Texas T-bone, Dallas filet, "roadkill" (chopped steak), New York strip, Ft. Worth rib-eye, sirloin and prime rib. All dinners come with two side dishes and fresh bread. Soups, salads, appetizers, burgers, chicken, fish and pork chops round out the menu. This restaurant offers specials Monday through Thursday until 6 p.m., and gift certificates are available. A historic nature trail is near this restaurant, and guests are welcome to dine after a long day hiking or shopping the area stores.

The Park Grill Steakhouse

The Park Grill Steakhouse has the ambiance of a mountain lodge with its rustic decor, and it sits next to the Great Smoky Mountains. The friendly staff works as a team to provide good service while putting guests first. The steaks are hand cut, naturally aged and hickory grilled for the best flavor possible. Some of the steaks served are the filet mignon, rib-eye and New York strip. These steaks can be complemented with four different types of potatoes, vegetables and a full salad bar.
