Lana's Fine Dining
The most unique seafood dining experience in the Clark area can be found at Lana's, a white-linen dining establishment found at the Hyatt Hills Golf Complex. Lana's specialty is its raw bar, which features a variety of raw seafood dishes, including longneck clams, shrimp, crab and varieties of yellow-fin tuna. If raw isn't your taste, then there are seafood dishes like lobster ravioli and Atlantic salmon. Lana's has a well-stocked separate bar area as well as a lunch menu. The views of the golf course from the dining room make for an interesting atmosphere.

Aliperti's Restaurant
A traditional Italian restaurant with a classy but understated interior and old-world style bar, Aliperti's has elevated itself from other restaurants with a commitment to gluten-free cooking. While that's an interesting choice for an Italian restaurant, the seafood is the pillar of Aliperti's offerings. Included in its offerings are salmon, shrimp and its top seafood dish--tilapia durato, which is served with
artichoke hearts, capers and lemon butter sauce.

Tarantella's Ristorante
Another family-owned Italian restaurant with a commitment to seafood dishes, Tarantella's offers shrimp done three different ways, along with a house dish of scallops and bacon alfredo, as well as another dish called seafood fra diavolo. The restaurant itself is less fine dining and more of a renovated family-style buffet restaurant, with booths instead of tables. Don't expect too much of an atmosphere, but the food comes in ample portions.
