Marshall House
The Marshall House, which was built in 1851, served as a hospital in the Civil War and during several of Savannah's 19th-century yellow fever epidemics. According to many hotel visitors, a number of patients are still very much in evidence, strolling the halls and gathering in the parlor. The Travel Channel has even featured Marshall House in its program "Haunted Hotels", and hotel visitors can now book a special Haunted Hotel package which comes complete with two tickets to the Oglethorpe Trolley's Ghost Tour.

Kehoe House
The Kehoe House, built in 1892 for iron magnate William Kehoe, is said to be haunted by the ghosts of his twin children who died while playing in one of the chimneys. All of the chimneys have been bricked up now, but the children's laughter and footsteps have often been heard, particularly in rooms 201 and 203. The Kehoe House also served as a funeral home for many years, and other hotel guests have mentioned the presence of shadowy mourners.

Eliza Thompson House
The Eliza Thompson House is said to be haunted by the ghost of a Confederate soldier who has been glimpsed gazing out through an upstairs window. Another ghost who has been heard as well as seen is that of a young girl in a white dress. In 2008 "The South" magazine published an article called "Fright Night" which detailed the frightening experience two reporters had while spending a night in a haunted room at the Eliza Thompson House, in which a figure materialized on a sofa right in their room. If you'd like to have a supernatural encounter of your own, be sure to ask for Room 132.
